We deliver across India and to selected international locations.
International deliveries are subject to customs regulations and additional charges, if applicable.Orders are processed within 5–10 working days after: Confirmation of payment Final approval of award details (name, category, designation, etc.) Processing time may vary during peak award seasons or large-scale events.
Domestic (India): 5–12 working days International: 10–25 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance) Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
We use reliable and reputed courier services to ensure safe delivery. Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is dispatched.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during order confirmation. Any custom duties, taxes, or import charges for international shipments must be borne by the recipient.
E-Certificates, digital badges, or confirmation letters (if applicable) will be delivered via email within 2–5 working days after approval.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses. The Indo Pacific Research Awards is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where applicable.
