- Final Selection– Shortlisting of the most deserving candidates based on their overall impact and achievements.

Selected Article Registration Guidelines
The Indo Pacific Research Awards (IPRA) follows a structured process to ensure a seamless registration experience for selected candidates. If your article is chosen, you will receive an official confirmation email from indopacificresearchawards@gmail.com or admin@indopacificresearchawards.com. Follow the steps below to complete your registration.
How to Secure Your Spot?
- Step 1: Register Online
Start by completing the nomination form at: https://www.indopacificresearchawards .com/nomination Ensure all details are accurate before submission.
- Step 2: Payment Submission
To confirm your participation, remit the delegate fee before the due date stated in your confirmation email. Detailed payment instructions will be provided in the email.
- Step 3: Document Submission
Once the payment is completed, email the following documents for verification:
- Proof of Payment – Screenshot, receipt, or transaction ID.
- Recent High-Resolution Photograph – For banner and promotional materials.
- Two Additional Photos & a 1000-Word Biography – Required for media features and press releases.
What Happens Next?
- After verification, you will receive payment confirmation and attendance confirmation links
- You must confirm your participation by selecting either the presence link or the absence link based on your availability.
- Additional details regarding the award ceremony, announcements, and
- delivery of certificates/trophies will be shared via email.
